Strengthening Strategic and Bilateral Ties in Dhaka

Upon his arrival in Dhaka, Foreign Minister Fidan was received by his Bangladeshi counterpart, Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman. The two top diplomats engaged in comprehensive, closed-door bilateral discussions that reviewed the current state of political, economic, and security ties between Ankara and Dhaka.

“This visit marks a pivotal milestone in our bilateral path,” the officials noted during the proceedings, emphasizing a shared determination to elevate the existing partnership to a strategic level while opening new avenues for trade, technology transfers, and regional security cooperation.
