President Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan declared that the strong partnership with Kazakhstan, built on mutual trust, has propelled bilateral trade volume to nearly 10 billion dollars as of the end of last year.<\/h2>\n

Speaking at the T\u00fcrkiye-Kazakhstan Business Forum, President Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan expressed his gratitude to Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his hospitality. Erdo\u011fan commended the reform programs led by Tokayev, describing them as the driving force behind Kazakhstan’s rapid development. He extended his congratulations to the people of Kazakhstan on the 35th anniversary of their independence and the recent constitutional changes. Expressing great satisfaction with the advancing economic ties, Erdo\u011fan pointed out that Kazakhstan\u2019s GDP grew by 6.5% in 2025, with per capita income approaching 15,000 dollars. He described Kazakhstan as the largest economy<\/a> in Central Asia, boasting a total foreign trade volume of 145 billion dollars. Consequently, Kazakhstan became T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s largest trading partner within the Turkic world in 2025. Erdo\u011fan highlighted that nearly 5,500 Turkish companies have invested 6 billion dollars in sectors ranging from construction to finance, while Turkish contractors have undertaken over 500 projects valued at 30 billion dollars across the country.<\/p>\n
