Iran Warns Trump Over Renewed Military Conflict Threats

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has firmly dismissed the latest military threats from U.S. President Donald Trump, asserting that Washington already witnessed the futile results of engaging in conflict with Tehran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made critical assessments to the Iranian press following his participation in the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held in New Delhi, India. Addressing the recent statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the potential resumption of military operations, Araghchi stated that Tehran is entirely accustomed to such rhetoric. He noted that the United States has been repeating these threats through various formats and methods for a long time, adding that American officials are well aware that they cannot obtain any favorable outcome from these intimidations or the warfare they initiate.

ARAGHCHI DEMANDS RESPECTFUL DIALOGUE FROM WASHINGTON

Emphasizing that it is impossible to resolve the ongoing geopolitical issues through military means, Araghchi reminded Washington of recent history, pointing out that they fought against Iran for 40 days and clearly saw the outcome. The Foreign Minister underlined that those who choose to address Iran with respect will be answered in the exact same manner. He concluded his remarks by stating that U.S. leaders must recognize the necessity of seeking solutions outside the military sphere, as continuing down the path of armed conflict will yield absolutely no benefits for them.
